How do I commission a custom artwork?
Simply send us a photo or share your idea through our enquiry form. We will discuss your preferences, including size, style and any personal touches or details, before providing a quotation. Once confirmed, we will bring your vision to life.
How long does it take to receive my artwork?
Pieces currently in our collection will be delivered in 10 to 15 business days. Production times for custom pieces vary depending on the artwork's size and complexity. We will provide an estimated timeline when you place your enquiry.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Singapore is free.
Do you ship outside Singapore?
Not yet. We currently ship within Singapore only.
Can you paint my own photo?
Yes. Send us the photo on the Customise page and we will reply with a quote. Nothing is charged until you say yes.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As each artwork is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make things right.
Will my artwork look exactly as displayed on the website or the reference photo?
Each piece is individually created, with its own artistic interpretation, textures and details. Subtle variations are part of what makes every piece unique.
