This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email, phone number and delivery address, and what you bought.

Custom painting requests: your name, email, phone number, message and the photos you send us.

Email sign-ups: your email address.

Basic visit data: pages viewed and device type, collected through Google Analytics.

Why we use it

To take payment, make and deliver your painting, and reply to you about your order or request.

To send you news about new collections, only if you signed up for it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Who we share it with

Only the people and services we need to run the shop: our painter (to make and deliver your order), our payment provider Stripe (we never see or store your card details), our email service providers, and our website host and analytics provider. We do not sell your information.

Your photos

Photos you send for a custom painting are used only to prepare your quote and make your painting. Location data is removed from the photos when you upload them. Ask us to delete them at any time.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for the order, our accounts and any warranty or replacement. Other details are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to emails, by contacting us at the email address in the footer of this site.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored with our service providers, which may be located outside Singapore. We only use providers that protect it to a reasonable standard.

Cookies

We use cookies for the cart and for analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the cart may then not work.
